Rhode Island red chick closed eye

I have a rhode island red hen not sure how old she is but she hasnt got her feathers yet. I noticed one eye seems to be shut not sure if its swollen shut or shes just keeping ti shut to keep light out she does open it a little bit from time to time and when its opened its foggy and looks like a cataract. not sure whats going on i just got her today and didnt notice till i got home.
