Rhode Island Red cockerel or hen?

I have a friend who bought some RIR from a feed store. She bought 2 RIR along with some more breeds. One RIR is looking like a cockerel and I was wondering if any of y’all experts could double check and tell me what you think. It is about 12-14 weeks
