The feathers near its tail make it seem to be a rooster. My Blue Andalusian "pullet" had the same sort of feathering at around 3 months, and she's now a he.

That comb is awful big for a pullet of that age. I think Ruby is probably a he.

Pretty bummed out, Ruby has quite the personality and I do not want to get rid of him. But with laws in our county roosters are not allowed. So hoping we can find him a good safe home outside of county lines, that is if she is a he!! Still hoping she grows out of it lol. here are a couple of more pictures to look at

Be careful around him, RIR cockerels are known to be aggressive, especially ones that have been handled a lot.
