Rhode Island Red help

Will anyone post pictures of there RIR hens when they were around 18 weeks. I wanna compare mine to see if she is the right size/colors. Also when did yours start laying?

Sorry, no pics, but they started laying at about 21 weeks.

I wish I knew how old mine are. All the lady that hubby bought them from last weekend was "they're ready to lay". Since we're new to owning chickens (first ones), we didn't know to ask.

No, seriously, all I have is that and this next photo. I guess my RIR has been a little neglected.

And if she's laying, I sure don't know about it. She's 4 months old.

I don't have a photo of my red at that age (she's a year old now) but I can tell you that she started to lay around 20 weeks old.

Thank you very much, she hasnt layed one yet. Her comb is a bright pink so hopefully soon!
