Rhode Island Red- Hen or Rooster?

I have 3 RIR that are about 11 weeks old is there any way to know if the one with the big comb and waddle is a rooster? I was assuming so since it looks so different but seeing on here that hens can have waddles and combs too.

Females do have combs and wattles too, but they are smaller and don't turn red as early as most males. Your first picture looks like a cockerel.

The one in picture #1 is a hen, and the other is a cockerel/rooster.
