Yes it is dangerous to try to force feed a chicken because of the danger of aspiration. It is easier to dip their beak into water. Did she suffer any frostbite? What is her condition?

No serious frostbite has diarrhea. bought some abx and treating her now she is eating and drinking now too, but still slow and unsteady
