rhode island red hen wont eat drink or walk

I noticed this morning my hen was not with the others, i foundher nehind the coop lying down i picked her up and brought her in and put her in a box on ablanket and put an old t shirt on top of her i have a cup of water and apple cider vinegar but will not drink unless i put it on a spoon and hold it under her beak. She wont eather layers i gave her catfood and sunflower seeds and cat food i left her out by accident last night in 7 degrees i often takeher out of the box to check her progress but just sits there with her wings drooped she poopedtwice in about 12 hours its a green and yellow colour and looked a bit like butter and parts of it were as runny as water she just sleeps all day please help i dont have much knowledge of hens and not sure how long she has left please please help me
 
There are so many things it could be. It could be bacterial, it could be viral (if she can't walk she is either really weak or has paralysis), or even parasitic like coccidia. Try tube-feeding her water and vitamins and electrolytes. Dust her for mites. You may want to treat her for worms or coccidia. Keep her warm and hydrated.

If the paralysis is caused by a riboflavin deficiency then it could be corrected. However, if marek's is causing it then I don't think there is anything you can do.

Get a chicken vitamin supplement that includes riboflavin in it to treat vitamin deficiency.

The second is a virus that leads to paralysis in chickens. I had a chicken with paralysis, but I'm not sure if it was marek's or not. Usually they are wiling to eat and drink if shown food and water, but they just can't use their legs well (some can partially stand, others can't).
