Rhode Island Red Room and Barred Rock hen?

I have 3 Barred rock hens and was wondering if I would get sex-link if I breed them with A Rhode Island Red Rooster. Also what would I be able to sex barred rock chicks if I breed my Barred rock hens with a barred rock too? I heard the females have a more formed circle at the top of their heads but wanted to make sure. Thanks!

You would get a Barnyard mix,not necessarily something we'd notify as,Sex Link.
