Here's some better pics of my birds in question. Hope they're better to see.

Thank you!

Does anyone know when RIR hens stop laying? Ours is between 3-4 years old, I was wondering if she would still be laying or no?

I know someone who has an 8 year old chicken and they still gat few eggs a year (I know if older too). They will likely lay until they die, just drastically decrease, like maybe only an egg a year once they get so old.

I got two RIR's about a couple weeks ago. One of them is growing at a normal speed but the other one is growing a lot slower. Any ideas on what is wrong with it? or if there is something wrong..
The bigger RIR is about to go out into the coop and the little one still doesn't have very many feather or anything. I bought a "cross beak" ameraucana a week after the RIR and it grew faster than the little RIR.

I will put a picture for comparison when I get home.

Blu laid an egg two days ago and today! So proud of her. Also, it was raining pretty hard earlier, and she was just standing in the rain. She let me pick her up! I love Blu so much.

Whoo! I picked up Blu again today!

It has been raining out for two days now, and the two other girls dont mind but Blu was always sitting in the house. So I brought out a towel, walked up to her, threw it over her and picked her right up! She didnt mind at all, she was just laying there in my arms while I dried her off. Of course, as soon as I set her in the nest box, she went running up to her sisters in the pouring rain. Good news is she will let me pet her and touch her comb now, without holding her!
