Rhode Island Red with White feathers?

I have a RIR chick that has grown white feathers throughout his body. Does this mean anything?

White feathers? I see the white chick down that is disappating. . . . Perhaps I need a better photo to see what you're seeing?

Otherwise, I will have to tell you, that chick looks to be a cockerel.

My RIR had just a tad bit of white on their wings as chicks. You can see a pic of the chicks on my page. I think your has quite a bit of white. More so than normal. It may not be pure but RIR's are really good chickens. It's still a keeper in my book.

I agree with Illia and Punky on this one. Wait a few weeks and that white may disappear. Does look like a cockerel.

Yep, Thats normal. It will molt out in a few weeks.
