Rhode Island Red?

Is this a rhode island red, just multicolored? He was of the batch i got back in Sept at tractor supply. I'm curious bc I plan on incubating some eggs since my hens just started laying today. Let me know if you need a better photo

Definitely not a RIR. Could be a red sex link.

Not a RIR. Tractor supply often sells some designer mixes. It may be something like that. A full body shot that shows leg color may be helpful.

Appears to be some sort of mix.. Definitely not a Rhode island red. He is beautiful though!

Looks like it could be a “55 flowery hen” or “Swedish flower hen” or whatever they’re called.

Less likely maybe since it comes from a farm store would be a speckled Sussex cross.

I like him though!

Yea he is pretty cool looking, hoping to get some nice looking hens once I start incubating/hatching in the spring.

Very exotic looking mix breed.
