Hello,

I had gotten RIR's from a flea market at about 2 weeks old back in late December, making them about 20 weeks. One of them has been crowing for 2 weeks, but no eggs from the other two. I believe one is a hen for sure, but the other I'm torn. It looks more like the rooster, but is much wider, friendlier, and lays with the hen while he is on patrol. Can anyone verify what I may have?
First two are mystery, second two are rooster, and last 2 are who I hope is a hen

Would you mind if I butted into this thread? See the 90 degree angled toe on the first 2 pictures? My year old Welsummer rooster has the same toes. Is that normal? Seems kinda deformed to me

The first two are definitely cockerels, the third one I'm thinking might be also, but I can't zoom in enough to see it very well

Oh nooooo. I was hoping I had at least 1. I will try to get a better picture of the third one, that is just the one that is always running and very shy/scared. They seem so different in personalities I was hoping at least 1 was a hen.

The third one is a much lighter brown instead of the dark brown/red the first two display. The only reason I thought the first one may be a hen is how much rounder it is than the crowing rooster who is just lean and tall.
