I think these two are my Rhode Island Reds. Am I correct and any Roos?

You are correct, and the one with the larger comb is a rooster.

I believe so, the front one is a cockerel.

Yep, those are Rhode Island Reds. Front one is a cockerel, back one is a pullet.
