Rhubarb recipies

We have two rhubarb plants, one of which is thriving with stalks as thick as a quarter and bigger. Do you have any good recipies that involve lots and lots of rhubarb? Rhubarb raspberry pie is delicious, but the wild raspberries are gone now.

I will go get you some receipes. We like strawberry rhubarb pie also, and everyblooming strawberries are coming ripe again now. Also, you can freeze rhubarb for later pie making. (Don't your raspberries produce again in Sept also?)

I'll see if I can find the rhubarb bread, rhubarb fool (quite delicous BTW), and rhubarb upside down cake receips from my mom.
