RI Red Hen comb is pale, etc

My 3 yr old Rhode Island Red hen is looking terrible. Her comb is small and pale red, feathers on her head look like they are broken and her feet look arthritic - gnarly and fat. Her body feathers look messy and dull. She is not lethargic but does not join in with the other hens. She is eating and laying. I don't know how else to describe it ... she just doesn't look "right".
Any advice would be most welcome.

How long since her last molt? That is how mine look just before they molt. They look horrible, color in comb fades out as their bodies get ready to start to make feathers. Is she losing lots of feathers? Hope that is all it is.
