RI Red Pullet or Cockeral

I have had this bird since it is about 3 wks old.I am not sure of exactly how old it is but it is between 4-5mths.It was supposedly sexed as a pullet.The comb is just so big I am having doubts.It has not crowed or even attempted to.No spurs or saddle feathers seen yet.I am new to this so any help would be appreciated.So do you think

It is a pullet, probably very close to laying. RIReds get very red combs when they start laying. She has all short round feathers on her body. No saddle, sickle or saddle feathers on her. Positive all pullet.
