Right eye closed and not moving much

I woke up and checked on my chickens an they seemed fine til I picked them up and brought them to my front yard where there is more sun, that's when I realized one of My Ameracauna's was acting weird. She is not moving and her right eye is closed and she doesn't want to open it. I sat next to her and the only time she moved was to come sit on my lap but since then she hasn't moved. But she did open her eye once and it looked normal NO crust or goop. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Update: she just pooped and it looked like this

The reddish orange in the dropping may be blood or it could be normal intestinal lining, but if she is lethargic, not eating, and sitting puffed up, I would probably start her on some Corid (amprollium) in her water. Dosage is 2 tsp. of the liquid, or 1.5 tsp. of the powder, per gallon of water for 5 days. Corid will be in the cattle medicines at feed stores. Another brand is called Ampromed.
