Chicks are hatching under Mama. They are so cute! There are 12 eggs how long will this take? And the other clutch with another Hen hasn’t started hatching, I thought they were the same age, should I be worried?

How long have each hen been sitting on them? Leave them for at least 35 days because on day 33, ours hatched and he’s about 4 yrs old now.
