So question, many of those eggs next to her she seems to have pecked open, should I preemptively oil those?

It is ultimately up to what makes you feel most comfortable - I personally don't oil the membranes unless they are looking quite dry (usually when they start turning a yellow color). If the membranes are white, and you aren't opening the incubator much and your humidity is within range, they will likely be just fine! But, it also won't hurt anything if you do add some. Has she pecked them, or are they pipped? :pop

There were some of both, some were obviously pecked IN so that must have been her.
I came back after getting the kids through breakfast and starting school and starting herb seeds (about 3 hours) and 6 more hatched!!
