ringneck eggs to hatch in 4 days? quick questions

hello, well my 2nd season of trying, 2 yrs ago i got ringneck eggs from a guy boyfreind knew, dirty and yucky, washed and set under a broody silky hen, {i know now not to do it, from reading here] she hatched 2 healthy chicks, so now i had a pair, last yr i tryed to put the eggs again with the hen, a coon got them, this time i have them in bator, its day 20, i also have eggs of diff ages in there, {boyfreind got exited }so i need to stop turning today? but hand turn the rest i guess all 3 days apart, 6 , first , then 3 then 2 then 3 then 5, i know not smart, i need to take the turner out , is 98 the temp for brooder like i do chickens? and if any hints id love em, i dont have good luck with pheasant or quail eggs, thanks all im getting ready to pull the turner,

thanks, needed good wishes today,. my 8 yr old best buddy cattle dog died this morning, cant stop crying, no chicks piped yet, i really could use some fuzzies to take care of right now,
