ok why is there such of a big date for hatching 23-28 days
can anyone narrow this number any closer for me and what day do i stop turning and whe should they hatch 23 days 24 Day 25 Days 26 Days 27 Day 28 Days

Ringnecks hatch in 23 days.

That's right, 23 days is perfect as long as you ran the proper temp,1 degree up or down can change the hatch dates.
