RIP Ducky: The Disabled Duck

I received 3 ducklings for Easter, Moby Duck, Count Quackula, and Igor Ducky. The idea was that I'd get them, let them get a little bigger, then let them go in the pond behind my house. One of them developed an issue where she couldn't walk, and I searched all over for anything I could do to help her. I came across posts by members of this board and followed the advice given for niacin supplements, and what brand of food to buy. I also learned other stories of disabled ducks, such as Sebastian. I grew attached to "Ducky" but sadly she passed away this week. I decided to commemorate her through a youtube video, which I doubt many people outside of this board would quite understand. Since Ducky didn't walk away, she made an excellent subject for my photography hobby, and I hope you may enjoy the video.

That was a very touching video. It looks like Ducky was well loved. I'm sorry she could not stay with you longer, but you did what you could to make her life good.
