RIP Wilma and Betty

I am so grateful to have a community who will understand how sad I am...
Our first two chickens, Wilma and Betty, have died. We lost Wilma due to sudden and unknown illness on September 9, 2020. Today, December 2, 2020, Betty was killed by a foster dog.
I felt helpless and so sad when we lost Wilma but knowing that I didn’t protect Betty is heartbreaking.
I am so sorry, chicksters. We loved you so much. Wilma, you were wild and brave. Betty, you were a sweet girl and always We will always miss you and think of you.
