Don't be sad. I won't give you my 'guess' ... why? Because the little thing is only 6 weeks old!! Give it time, keep on loving the cutie, and you'll know it's a roo if it crows one day! Not to worry!

Sadly, I also agree this is a cockerel. As I recall, my RIR pullets did not have this much comb and such red wattles as so young an age.
