I have some gorgeous RIRs I'd like to find homes for.

I'm in Lewes, Delaware & willing to deliver within Delaware, Eastern Maryland, Northern Virginia, Southern Pennsylvania or Southern New Jersey.

I am doing this with difficulty because I am attached to all of my birds, but I have to scale down, & do what's best for them right now. There's no way I can get a coop remodeled to accommodate everyone as my income has been awful this year due to covid shutting down work, I've been a hermit.

I have a pure RIR Roo, either him alone or with his pure RIR Hen, both are about 1 year young, I got them from someone that bred late 2019.

I have 2 that are 6 mos old, I raised them this summer. A 75% RIR Roo (his papa is pure RIR, mama is a Comet which is RIR & White Leghorn mix, see the white tail feathers). Roo alone or with a pure RIR hen.

I've already been offered money locally but they were most likely going to have them for dinner. I hug these chickens every day, feed them quality feed, cabbage, squash, chickweed, mealworms & genuinely care for them. I see there are many like minded people here that consider their chickens pets.

Ok, just let me know, thanks.

Don’t offer money... sell them as a breeding pair. People will pay at least $20 / bird - especially that breed and being the copious egg layers that they are.
Post on Craigslist... I’ve had tremendous luck selling birds there.

Thanks, I'm not really in a mad rush to part with them, though.
