RIR bantam's egg size & temperament

What is the RIR bantam's egg size and temperament? Do the roos beat up bantam hens while treading (mating)? I was thinking about ordering 2 in straight run. Thank you in advance. If anyone has any pics of the chickens or eggs, that would be wonderful!!!!!!

I only have one - a roo (April 2009 hatch) his name is Woodstock. He is fantastic and very, very sweet. Loves to sit in my lap and be petted like a dog/cat and will snuggle down to fall asleep.

They are awsome !!!

The roosters & hens are very friendly, & their eggs are just like your average bantam egg.
