RIR chick male or female

One of my Rhode Island Red chicks is it a male or female? Around one month old. And if they are this big and feathered are they ready to go in the big coop with the adults ?

Looks like a hen to me, and I would say she is about ready to go into the coop with some close supervision at first, if you other chickens show any signs of agression take her out and wait another couple weeks, she will for sure be good to go in the coop by 2 months, hope I helped!

I agree that is about the age to go in to the coop!!
