RIR crosses ?

i have a RIR rooster and have white leghorn, Buff Orpington, red star, hens i was wondering what i should cross to get a good desirable breed that would be considered pure bread i am some what new to breeding so this may be a stupid Question but i thought i would give it a shot thanks for all the help

well to be pure bred they usually come from a breeder and you breed the same breed together........... the RIR X BO should come out nice

Most likely a lot of red chickens. Course there could be some orangey buffs in there since you have Buff Orpingtons.

what would the RIRxBO what breed would that be or is it not one? i am looking to see if i have the right hen combination to be able to breed them and sell the eggs being able to say what the breed is

It's not a breed.

You'd have hybrids. Mutts, if you will.

However, they all likely be similar in appearance to the Roo, be good egg layers, most likely be pretty good hens.
