RIR, Cuckoo Maran & Barred Rock---when will they start laying?

My RIR & Cuckoo Maran are 20 weeks, then my Barred Rock is 22 weeks. When will these girls start laying?

They have been on complete layer feed a full month now. They are as big as my other laying hens(Orpington, Wynadotte, EE & Lakenvelder). They are free-ranged, have access to feed, greens(leaves, grass & herbs), worms/bugs and lots of water(okay- so they love the sprinkler). Nesting areas are out of reach of predators and dogs. I even talk to them and offer encouargment. :/

From all my reading at least th RIR should be laying by now.

If they are hatchery stock they should be or soon start to lay. As new free rangeing layers I'd watch for them to lay out of the approved nesting areas. They may follow the older one example or not.

They are in a chicken tractor, so they are contained.

I got them from local hatcheries.

I guess I am just being impatiant
