RIR gender? 5/13 Updated pictures, please help me clear this up!

I vote ROO because I have 9 wk old RIR pullets and your comb is twice as big as mine are. That just looks rooey to me but let me say...I'm not an expert

The thing is my two hens that are a year old have huge combs, so comb size is not so much a determinating charicteristic, isnt their another way (feather color or something) I will take pics of adults and Big Red today.
Thanks

He is a Cockeral. Hens will get huge combs and wattles after they mature and start laying well.

I have several 11 week RIR roos. I have been watching as I had hoped one would be a pullet, but am afraid they will all go in the freezer. My vote is pullet. Mine have the pointy hackle and saddle feathers now; wish I could remember whether they did at 9 weeks as well. And my combs have been much redder than yours for well over two weeks.

Instead of just looking at the combs, compare the wattles. Usually pullets don't grow their wattles very early. The wattles on your chick do look large for a 10-11 week old pullet - it might be a roo.

This is our RIR pullet (& leghorn pullet) at 7-8 weeks:

Here they are again at 19 weeks of age:

This is not a RIR, but it's the only pic I have of an 11 week old pullet (you can see her wattles are really small):
