RIR gender?

How can you tell its a cockerel? I thought if the toes were clean in back of the legs then its a hen?
 
A comb that large and red this early indicates a roo. At this age you should start seeing saddle feathers forming in front of the tail forming. Long skinny hackle feathers forming. Back to the comb my to Production Reds did not get red fleshy combs and wattles until 20+ weeks when they were close to laying.
