RIR hen or roo?

A little history...I got this as a free egg when I ordered Polish eggs from Dick Horstman.
The chick soon outgrew the others but was really slow at feathering out, at least 3-4 weeks behind. Wattles and comb became quite large for he(r) age...has never attempted to crow, but seems to be the dominant chicken in the flock of 14.
(S)he is 17 weeks. I always suspected roo, but I would like BYC experts to confirm.

Beautiful Rose combed cockerel. With some advertising you should be able to find him a decent home, he's a very nice looking bird.
