We have 2 RIR,5 leghorns,7 Wyandottes
Everyone gets along except for Henrietta the one RIR
She was raised with the other RIR and Leghorns so the Wyandottes are "new" to her but what gives ,
Everyone else is getting along, eating together, sharing,Roosting she has to chase, peck, pull earlobes - down right nasty to the new flock mates Grrrrr

What can I do? Some say let chickens be chickens But the New girls hide in the coop all day because of her, we did have both RIR in time out (seperate cage) and it helped with Helen shes willing to play nice now...lol But Henrietta my problem bird

Help!!!:(

Let me get some facts straight. The RIRs are new to the rest of the flock. After a time out (How long was the time out?) the one RIR settled in the other didn't. It may take a day or two to settle down and the pecking order established. If if doesn't a second longer time out may be pessary, this one putting her out of sight of the other birds, for a week or two.
