i was away last night so i had a family member put my chickens away for me. usually they put themselves away, but one rir was out this morning when i went to see them (my mom didn't to count them after she put them away) I found her huddled under the ramp this morning, almost crouching. her comb was a little blue on the tips, and it felt a little cold. her feet felt normal though. it didnt get under 59 F last night. she looks better now, her comb is less blue (still a little) and she's eating and drinking, but she still looks kind of sickly almost. theres a bulge on her chest/right below her neck, making her neck look shorter and she's walking very slowly, and pretty close to the ground. we checked her butt for poop blockage and its clean. I'm gonna try giving her some rescue remedy and oyster shells to see if that helps (I'm thinking maybe she hasn't had enough grit recently?)
i will try to get pictures but does anyone have any idea what is wrong and what i can do?

Your hen may be suffering Impacted crop. It has nothing to do, her being out overnight in 59 degree temps.
Here is a link to how to deal with it. https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/impacted-slow-and-sour-crops-prevention-and-treatments
WISHING YOU BEST..

I know you are worried about your hen.

thanks for the help. I brought her inside and treated her for the impacted crop and she went back outside today. she's eating and drinking on her own and moving around like normal so i think she's recovered.
