RIR pullets or cockeral

These three RIR were hatched and now being raised by a pair of Bantams. These chicks are 4 weeks old and look the same to me. Are they all three pullets or cockerals?

I do not know how to post photos very well yet but I need help. Are all of these pullets or should I start hunting for homes for roos?

This is a close up head shot of one of the chicks. They all look the same to me and I have not noticed anyone feathering at an earlier rate. Does this photo help or is it still too early?

Your RIR look to be the same age as mine - I can't tell either! I have no idea what we'll end up with but we bought 16 "pullets".
