**RIR** Roo or girl? Please help...

I currently have one of my girls that is growing some crazy feathers out of the base of her tail. I have had no crowing... yet. but wanted to know if you think this could be a roo? I have included top and side pic's

Those "saddle" feathers are interesting! She looks like a she to me. Did you hatch her?

no, i got them when they where a week old though. the lady said to me that they have a 98% chance of them being girls as they where "sexed" before sold to her.... but idk this specific chicken has always been more "rowdy" (lol) then the others, slightly more aggresive, but nothing major, then these featers started growing... im so confused. this is my first go at it with chickens.

so would there be a reason for her to be growing these feathers? i thought that they where just dark red... i didnt know they could have spotted type saddle feathers.... ahhhh! LOL

How old? Looks very girly but those feathers are certainly weird! If it's less than 15-16 weeks I'd be concerned, but otherwise girl.
