RIR Roo?

I have this chick, about 3 weeks old. It was sold as a straight run Rhode Island Red. I know its probably too early to tell, but I have suspicions that Karen might be a Kevin. 1) Does this look like a RIR chick? I've seen others post pictures that look nothing like mine. 2) Hen or Roo?

Looks too early to say for sure.
Looks like a hatchery RIR or production red.
