If he is your only Roo, it may take longer for him to crow. I had a solo RIR roo that was 5 months old and not even an attempt at a crow. I rescued an EE roo and two OEGB roos that were crowing. RIR roo, started almost right away...some of the most pathetic crows I had ever heard.

Pretty roo! I have a BR roo that didn't crow until he was almost 8 mos. old & hasn't stopped since...enjoy the quiet while you can.
