RRI,s use to lay eggs that where hard to crack, but now seems like they are breaking just by touching them ?

What you are feeding them is also my first question. If you are feeding them Layer with around 3-1/2% to 4-1/2% calcium in the analysis and nothing else they should be getting enough calcium for their egg shells from that feed alone. If you are feeding them something other than a Layer that feed probably contains about 1% calcium, that is not enough. If you are feeding them a 4% calcium Layer but also feeding them treats or letting them forage for a portion of their food they may not be getting enough calcium for their egg shells. It's not what is in one bite, it's how many total grams of calcium they eat in a day.

In any case, the first thing I'd do is get some oyster shell and offer that to them on the side. Do not mix it with their feed. Laying hens usually know they need more calcium and will usually eat enough oyster shell to harden up their shells.
