RIR sizes

I have 9 RIRS and of that there are 4 which are not full size large RIRS.Does anyone know if they can be smaller in size??They will be a full year in 3 mnths and no more growing

There will be some variance in size among birds of the same breed. If you have children, you may notice that they are not all the same size.
