RIR SOP recommendation

I am trying to find out the best place to get a Heritage line of RIR (non industrial) birds. I see that Cackle Hatchery has a line, of production reds and then RIR single comb breed. Anyone had any experience with this Hatchery or their offering? How close to the SOP is this variety?

In general no hatchery is going to exhibit the quality that an excellent breeder can provide.
