RIR super aggressive

I want to clarify that I'm not saying holding her when she attacks is any sort of cure. I was curious as to how she'd react if you did something opposite to the way you usually react to her. If she can't be changed, you do need to get a pal for the other bird and cull the mean hen as you would any mean rooster, IMO.

Are we absolutely sure this bird is a hen? Sounds like most roosters I know lol. But regardless it's not acceptable behavior. If you do cull her or otherwise get rid of her be sure to get some docile breeds as friends for your remaining bantam. A few friends similiar in size and appearance will help her fit into a new flock.

Wouldn't be the first time that someone mistook a rooster for a hen, would it? Unless this one does lay eggs, then, well, it's an aggressive hen for sure.
