My RIR's are 3 weeks old tommorow. I thought I would share a few pics.
Awww... they grow so quickly!
I forgot how cute and goofy looking they are at that age! Thanks for the pics and the memory.
Quote:Yup, they are at that cute/ugly stage.
They are getting sed to me now and will come to eat grass from my hand.
Well Mikkeeeee their feathers are looking good. Usually mine don't totally feather till about 2 months where you can tell how dark they are going to be. I think yours look very hopefull at this point.

Awwww , I remember when mine looked like that , too cute.
Makes me sad that I didn't take pictures of mine when they were that little.

He says these are the strain of RIR that he has worked on over the years.
He had 21 chicks at the auction and 3 of us split the lot.
I'm wondering about the color as they appear to be slightly more brown than red?
He had a bunch of fertile eggs fo sale also.
But, I want some of yours when they get going again!
I dont guess I have ever seen a prettier bird than those you produce.
Good lock at the show this weekend!!!!
Quote:100? and you didnt keep any?
Where did yours come from?
