Sorry about the dirty window. I was told I was hatching a rir.....but she looks very light is this a normal color variation?

How old? Doesn't look like a RIR to me, and is it a male?

I would say she looks like RIR.

I agree with @Yard farmer, and it does look like a RIR to me as well. But like, @Folly's place said, a side photo would be beneficial… also, how old is it? Age will help determine sex as well
