i have a hen...i know she is a hen because she lays eggs but she lloks like a rooster ...take a lookis it just me or does that comb that falls over her head and that big ole tail of hers...oh opal

She looks like a very normal Leghorn hen or Leghorn based cross to me. Leghorn hens have large combs and they often tip over like that.

Wondering if you can start to tell gender. The first two chicks were hatched about 5/6 weeks ago and the last two are about 4/5 weeks old. Thanks!

I have a question.:) I have 3 RIR all good girls I have had then since they were 2 days old. I was looking at then last night before bed and realized one of the 3'scombs is quite bigger. Is this a dominance thing? Like rank in pecking order? Or do I have a roo?

red#3 is this common?pucture 1 and 2 are different girls. You can see the one has a little comb then next slightly bigger. The 3rd is definitely larger
