What time do you let your chickens out of the coop in the morning?

I have been trying to find a happy medium, but it seems like no matter what time I go to let them out they still are yelling for me to let them out earlier. I started with 5:45, but still was a little dark and they weren't too awake yet. So I tried 6:00 and my girls came flying out like they had been locked up for days and cackling away at me as if to say "We've been up for awhile, you're sooo late Mom!?!" Can they wait longer, like 6:30, to come out of the coop?

honestly, I let mine out whenever I get around to it. Sometimes I have hubby do it before he leaves for work at 4.30. Sometimes I do it at 5.30ish when I get up, others at 6ish before I leave for work.
On rare occasions I have the girls let them out when they get up, around 7.30 or so.

I've heard that a few times!

Weekdays I open the coop at 4:30 before I leave for work; my husband then lets them out of the 6x16 run into the fenced backyard sometime during the day. Weekends I open the coop whenever the cats wake me for breakfast....between 3am & 5am-ish; if it's still dark I leave the run door closed until I get up later, if it's light out I leave it open so they can free-range all day.

I open the coops between 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM. Some fly out and are ready to begin their day while others continue to sit on the roost and watch the others make a dash for the chicken yard.

Ok, I think I feel better now knowing others have gotten the "cackle morning lecture" from their flock too. I know they will be let out by 6:30 everyday so I will just have to keep laughing and talking back to them in the morning. I have to say though, I am not at all a morning person, but the chickens put me in such a good mood in the mornings.
