I really don't know what they all are. 2 Black copper marans for sure. 1 Ameracuna and I think the rest are barred rocks.

Is the loss of your chicks due to the incubator or the eggs.?

Got 7 out of the 36 I started with. Not too good of a success but just loaded up with 17 more. Better luck this time.

Did you have challenges with the humidity? My temperature is right on but I have to keep adding a tiny bit of water about every 4 hours and when I wake in the mornings it is in the 30% humidity. I'm on day three.

The humidity was pretty steady for us. Almost no water the first 18 days kept the humidity around 40-50%. Filled all the trays with water after day 18 and it held 60-65% till hatch. I think it works great.

Any more to add on these incubators? These are running about the same price as the sportsman. I would really like something I could do staggered hatches in. Any advice welcome.

I just bought one of these. I ran it for a few days to find out the temperatures. Definitely fluctuates a lot but once you find the right temp it's pretty good. I set mine at 98 and it's always between 98-100.5. As for the humidity reader I'm not sure yet as I have to change my hygrometer into this one. I set 90 quail eggs so I'll post the outcome in about a month. Good luck!

Hello , I just picked one up locally from CL, The incubator I can tell is brand new but even though it came with the box (opened) , the owners manual is missing and I'm in search of the owners manual to program the incubator. If anyone has it please reply and if you can send me either a text of each page or email one would be AWESOME . I just received so free Ring neck pheasant eggs
