River Rock Pebbles

i want to use this in the area by the door to the duck house but I am afraid they may eat the smaller rock on purpose or on accident. Anyone use smaller rock?

I haven’t bought the pebbles I buy the round flat river rock at Lowe’s. It probably wouldn’t hurt them to snack on the pebbles for grit but wouldn’t be good for making a meal.

This rock is bigger then a pea gravel but smaller then the actual River rocks.

Probably would be fine. The rock I buy bagged is flat and probably 1-2” In.

I use all types without any issues..
