How to get rid of roaches in chicken coop? Didn't realize I had them until I went out last night to check on eggs, and they were everywhere. I haven't seen them during the day.

When I clean out the deep bedding in the coop, I dust the floor with permethrin, and then add the shavings. it keeps the insect life down pretty well. Maybe DE would work but I don't use it. Carbaryl will also work, but isn't approved for use around chickens. Mary
