It sounds like it was wonderful! I can't wait until I get to a point where I am brave enough to raise geese...so we can eat some! I'm not brave enough to bring in a strange goose just yet, even if it is only to process once we get home...I'm gonna have to talk you into cooking me up some and overnighting it here on dry ice!
